A man was in a mess, confused about self

Wanted some guidance to compose himself

He heard of a yogi who lived in the hills

His words are wise, knowledge it instills

He stood in front of this enlightened man

He poured out his state, as best as he can

Yogi said “Whatever is now, Only thatโ€™s real

That is absolute! Everything else, Is just surreal

This whole cosmos is entirely immaterial

Death is absurd and everything is eternal

Find yourself! Break limitations binding you

You are the universe, and the whole universe is you!โ€

His raw ineffable truth, appeared fad

He walked away, declaring that the man is mad!

Note: If we do not understand the other person’s truth, we call him mad ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธand may be the other person thinks we are ignorant fools. isn’t it?

In response to Eugi’s Weekly Prompt: “Mystic”. Thanks for hosting this, Eugi.

      1. Yeah… I used to think itโ€™s difficult to teach my 10yo but she manages by herself. Phonics for the younger one is getting on to me. And she writes most letters ulta.. mirrored!! I remember โ€œtaare zameen parโ€โ˜บ๏ธ

I should restrict screen time myself Aswathy, records are horrible ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚

      3. ๐Ÿ˜„We go on and off with screentime. Its hard to restrict when we are confined at home all the time ๐Ÿ˜•.

I asked cos there are some phonics songs on youtube which my son listens to. He is too young to learn ABCs. But somehow he is crazy about it and he watches only that. And hearing the phonics songs, he reads the letters that way. Ka for C ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ So if you are allowing screentime, maybe you can try them to teach her.

      6. My nephew used to do the same ๐Ÿ™‚

I know right. My son is a bit slow with talking. He tells and reads ABC. But when it comes to real conversations, he canโ€™t. Canโ€™t blame him cos I am the only person he sees most of the day. I am waiting to go home so that he can watch everyone and learn faster. It feels terrible while he gets angry when he canโ€™t express something.

      7. Kids learn fast with more people around, thatโ€™s true!
My nephew on the other hand, is slow with many people around too! ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Any plans of travel? Looks like this situation will stay many more months
